Payment and Return Policies
All services are non-refundable. However, if we determine that a corrective action or additional consultation is needed due to a mistake from the service provider (Stay Ready Prepping), we will complete the process(es) free of charge.
All customers will be required to positively indicate (via checkmark) that they have read the terms and conditions and payment/return policies and have viewed the PDF examples of what the consultation process entails prior to scheduling a paid consultation.
